Fabio Dattoli experiences three different harvests every year, each for each variety of ™olive grown in its ten hectares of plain. The Leccino olive ripens early and immediately turns black, the Arbequina requires mechanical harvesting, the Coratina is a late quality.
A Podere 110, the olive cultivation cycle is carried out with organic cultivation criteria, so as to ensure a product free from any pesticide. Furthermore, the olives are constantly monitored during the ripening phase and picked at the beginning of veraison so as to best express the aromas and characteristics of the fruit and contain the acidity levels.
The black and white Podere 110 bottles , yin and yang, opaque with the brand and logo screen-printed to create a very strong brand identity, they preserve the oil from light as much as possible and preserve its characteristics as much as possible organoleptic, like the first day.
