The dairy was founded in 1997 as a family-run goat farm, with a small production of raw milk cheeses. The great curiosity towards the fascinating world of cheese making has led us since the early years to refine the technique in France with the most prestigious dairy technicians, and then rework it with the typical Italian imagination and flair! Since 2001 we have decided to dedicate ourselves completely to the production of cheese, while maintaining our artisanal vocation; the constant search for the best raw materials, ancient recipes and new techniques has allowed us to create more than one hundred cheeses in just under 20 years! To these are added, starting from 2007, a line of cheeses refined in chocolate and cheese chocolates and, to celebrate 20 years of activity, in 2017 we launched a line of sheep's cheeses, which today already boasts more than twenty of different cheeses.
