CASEIFICIO TADDEI

The company was founded in 1885 when Giandomenico Taddei decided to start this work which has become a family tradition. In 2022 the company was sold to Dr. Carlo Mangoni, maintaining the brand and philosophy that has always characterized Taddei production, whose cheeses are also known on the foreign market. The products of excellence are: Taleggio DOP, the flagship of the production, Salva Cremasco DOP, a very small DOP for an ancient local cheese, Blutunt, a natural blue cheese waiting to be discovered, Torta Orobica, Toma Bergamasca and the entire range of dairy products with different ferments and different maturations.
