Located in Surbo, in the heart of the province of Lecce, our farm extends over 45 hectares of olive groves and boasts a cutting-edge oil mill, built in 2010. The family management, led by two cousins, guarantees authentic care and passionate in every phase of the production process. With a cold extraction system, we produce a high quality extra virgin olive oil, which we sell directly to the consumer, offering a product that contains the unique flavors and aromas of our territory.
