A project born from the ambition and passions of Gabriele Pè and his partners, who over 10 years ago they decided to create a real union between ice cream shop and pastry shop, all in the name of quality and craftsmanship .

The panettoni that we bring to the Fair are handcrafted by our pastry chefs in our laboratory only with mother yeast, selected raw materials and a lot of care. 48 hours of leavening make it soft and light.
