Our pastry shop was born in 1998, from the passion of master Marcello Cremaschi, after having gained experience in various pastry shops in Alassio he set up his own business, taking over a historic pastry shop in Alassio and carrying it forward for 20 years following the transfer to Albenga where we are all now operational under the Golose Tentazioni banner, over time our pastry shop has evolved considerably, thanks to scientific studies of nutrition followed for 3 years by Marcello and by the passion for the sports of Endurance, Marathon and Triathlon for which we tried to create a delicious but also healthy and sustainable pastry over time... this with a reduction in the glycemic load in the recipes and with a lower quantity of fat without compromising the goodness and deliciousness of the product, the excellent feedback tells us that we are on the right path..
