Colle di Seta - Conserve di produzione propria sostenibile

Colle di Seta is a family-run agricultural company. Two brothers, their respective
wives and six cousins, this is the composition of the Cantatore family.
A team made up of different personalities and propensities. A family whose job
is to encompass the entire fruit and vegetable supply chain, from field to table.
For more than 15 years, the Cantatore family has been producing seasonal fruit and vegetables which they sell
directly to the consumer , at a direct sales point. In recent years the company has added transformation to its agricultural activity, giving rise to Colle di Seta. The Colle di Seta agricultural company has a transformation laboratory suitably equipped for handling of fruit and vegetables grown in the field, aimed at
the production of vegetable preserves and semi-preserves. The laboratory allows the raw material to be valorised, reducing waste and maximizing the sustainability of production.
The revival of the most traditional recipes belonging to the Apulian gastronomic culture is accompanied by research and experimentation aimed at identifying
>of new production techniques and the formulation of new products. All this,
in order to intercept the consumer's sensorial, nutritional and service needs.
