Mine is not a singular story, but it is a story like many others. But the stories like mine, made of shiny eyes, hugs, departures, suitcases, kilometers traveled ""¦ and returns, often have a common denominator: the love for their land and the desire to return; and it is precisely this return and This love that I want to tell you. I left for Milan back in 1990 and I begin to work there, (I took care of telecommunications) I put on the family and I stay for 27 years. I say the truth, unlike the many who find the own dimension, I was not well; I lived that city as an oppression. The rhythms of life, the poor human relationships, the chaos of the city ""¦"" ¦ they represented for me a reason for discomfort. That city, although it offered a lot from the point of view Services, of work, of opportunities did not be for me, I could not find my size there. It is for all these reasons that when my company proposes/imposes on 2001 the transfer to Parma I accept without hesitation. For me Parma was a rebirth for many reasons; I was able to take care of my interests more and among many the interest in nature, for animals, for creation in general. Excursions, walks and outdoor activities were part of my new life. I stay in Parma for 16 years, until my company decides that ""I no longer serve"" in that city and refers me to Milan. It is the year 2017 here the turning point: risky and courageous decision and obviously suffered, leaving the work that had made me live decently for many years and returning to Gangi to realize a project or rather a dream that I had kept well sealed for a long time In a drawer: become beekeeper. The passion for bees was so great, these little insects fascinated me. Their perfect world was a source of great interest. I fly over the details of my transfer and go directly to the beginning. I start with two hives give me from my colleagues as soon as I learned about my decision. From those two hives gradually increase my apiary. In my new life comes a very important person, my current partner Giusi, who had nothing to do with the countryside and less than with bees. Giusi is a teacher, who also lived in Milan for almost 17 years and then as I return to Gangi with a great sensitivity for the environmental problems he faces daily with his pupils. Giusi showed extreme enthusiasm for my business and has supported with conviction every initiative of mine immediately approaches the world of bees, it remains fascinated and from the first moment it was total sharing of countless projects that we carried on together. Our mission we have carried out projects in schools, in associations operating with children and teenagers and, we certainly promoted our honey, but the primary objective was for us to develop an environmental consciousness and make it clear the importance of pollinating insects, in particular the bees and risks they run consequent to the environment.
