AZIENDA AGRICOLA MASO DEL GUSTO

The history of the gusto farm dates back to the mid -1900s when the pioneers, of peasant origin, Camillo and Carolina Loner, acquired the farm of taste. The farm is located in the Adige valley in Trentino Alto Adige and extends for about 17 hectares grown with apples, fruit and vegetables. In the late 1970s, the Loner family carefully observes the serious effects that traditional cultivation brings to their land and in 1981 the farm of taste becomes among the first companies to cultivate apple apples in Italy with biological management. Subsequently, in addition to fresh apples, apple processing processing began to produce other derivative products: apple juices, dried apples, high quality snacks and snacks. All products that are still worked and packaged directly in the company today. Over the years the production of sunshine apples and pears has been expanded and diversified to biodynamic method with other types of fruit and vegetables thus increasing biodiversity and helping to create an increasingly balanced organism. Now the farm of taste is led by the children of the pioneers, Roberto and Maria Luisa and also by the grandchildren who represent the third generation of a passionate family to produce in harmony with nature and love for the earth.
