My activity began in 1992 with the production of Caresadu bread until 2012, continuing with the ""Carasito"" G'Uttiadu. The Carasito is a thin sheet of caresadu bread, cook in the oven, einfine biscuit enriched with a mixture of olive oil and salt. The product is clear and harmfully golden. The flavor and perfume are pleasant and with a strong hint of freshness and fragrance, which make it unique as a product.
