Caseificio Brizzi
The Brizzi Caseificio is a Calabrian company that operates in the dairy sector since 1960 and specializes, especially in the processing of pecorino and spun paste products. Daily it is carried out, with suitable means, milk collection strictly by carefully selected and recognized Calabrian pastures. Milk is submitted monthly to laboratory analysis, subsequently pasteurized according to ancient traditions and from here transformed into delicious dairy products such as pecorino, flailed pasta provola, provola milk. Observe our main spot product is the Calabrian provola, which is worked and charmed by our artisans. A new format has been developed with 600gr fixed weight. But let's not forget to mention our milk provola, produced with 100% Italian milk, also very requested and known.
