We are a family-run farm that produces suckling olivello since 2014 as the only activity. With two generations to assets, we have well defined our project: produce juices and small local products that correspond to our vision of the territory and its traditions outside of styles and trendy groups in a regime of organic farming. History: 2015: Mounting of seafood olivello on 4 Equials with family-run. 2016: Constitution Agricultural Company «Olispin». 2016: Participation in the RSR (rural development program) of the Autonomous Region Friuli Venezia Giulia. 2016-2017: Expansion plantation at 12 hectares of buckthorn olivello. 2018: Opening transformation laboratory at the operational headquarters of Mortegliano (UD). 2018-2019: Plantation expansion at 17 Etters. 2019: cultivation of medicinal herbs. Production: The company has the main economic address the cultivation of fruit trees of the prickly olive level and the sale of the product obtained. As an integrated activity cultivates medicinal herbs and leads an educational farm. The company cultivates in regime of organic farming with the accredited certifying body BIOS srl. Transformation: the company has three types of products: 1 buckthorn olive berries intended primarily at B2B, worked, clean and frozen in the establishment of Mortegliano. 2 Mother of buckthorn mother juice intended for B2B and B2C, transformed third party from berry into juice and packaged in bag in box. 3 jams, herbal teas and syrups intended for B2B and B2C, transformed by mother juice and packaged directly into the laboratory by the company in the establishment of Mortegliano.
