Our caviar production has been present since 2002. Over time, step by step, our small company has grown to reach today's production, capable of satisfying international market orders. We breed our sturgeons in the EU ecological farms, while we buy the red caviar of wholesale salmon from the most famous producers in the world, who fish in the northern part of the Pacific Ocean. Our production is totally authorized and has all the necessary permissions. We have introduced a security system and quality control in the company, known as HACCP. Respect for regulations and regulations is under the continuous control of the environmental protection bodies and health and veterinary services. To complete the everyday work, the company relies on the experience of caviar processing by the generations of the PoleGEEV family that followed over time, on the severe national (Ex) Soviet standards as well as on European CODEX standards Stan. In the company archive there are more than one hundred scientific studies on caviar conservation methods, starting from 1921: the first methods of caviar conservation in the Far East designed by a master of caviar processing. It was precisely that the caviar produced according to the standards of the (ex) Soviet Union that the governors of the different countries had the honor of tasting throughout the existence of the Soviet Union.
