The Dedoni brothers are the 3rd generation of a Sardinian family, a profound connoisseur of sheep breeding techniques and the production of pecorino. Established in Calabria, the family has strengthened sheep breeding by making its own technique of processing and better enhancing the Calabrian pecorino. The control of the milk supply chain, from the collection of the raw material to the control of the characteristics of the individual farms, of the hygiene and healthy parameters, are a strong point of the company.
