My name is Keyla Cotrina, maitre chocolatier of the artisanal laboratory Nexochocolate sas. Nexochocolate is a young company born from the passion I have always had for the excellent raw material coming from my homeland: Chusco cocoa or native of the rainforests of Peru. In fact, with a 100% artisanal process, I follow the production of cocoa from my plantations in Peru (Agua Blanca, Department of San Martìn), to obtain the best quality of cocoa beans. Each step for the creation of my raw material takes place according to natural and controlled methods: from harvesting, to fermentation in wooden crates, to slow drying in the sun. Our ""Tree to Bar"" manufacturing process only involves the addition of Moscobado cane sugar to our native cocoa beans. No cocoa butter or soy lectin. This is to be able to enjoy our precious raw material in all its purity and to enhance its natural aroma. In fact, in each bar you will be able to appreciate the delicate aftertaste of exotic fruits, banana, honey, moderate bitterness, neither astringent nor acidic.
