Ceramiche SOFIA is an artisan company from Caltagirone, founded in 2002 by brothers Nicola and Giuseppe Intonato. Specialized in the production of art majolica, it creates unique pieces decorated and modeled by hand, inspired by the traditional colors and styles of Caltagirone ceramics, recognized worldwide for its artistic and cultural value.

Tradition and innovation are the basis of their creations: while respecting ancient techniques, the Intonato brothers introduce their own artistic style, combining classic and modern design. They are inspired by the oriental roots of ceramics, with Arab and Japanese influences, developing new finishing and firing techniques to enrich their works.
