Salumifcio Tauli ''Maestri della Nduja''

The Salumificio Tauli was born from the passion of the founder ""Roberto Pugliese"" in the beautiful setting of the city of Spilinga, a place  where passion and innovation coexist.

After a family experience of over 50 years in the cured meats sector, Roberto, with the desire not to leave his own land, as thousands of Calabrian boys do every year, reactivates and renovates his grandfather's farm, Pugliese Domenico, which has been closed for almost 20 years, specializing above all in cattle breeding from milk, meat and pigs for fattening.

The Salumificio Tauli was born here (name from the river that runs through it and from where the company takes its name), a artisanal laboratory dedicated to the production of Calabrian cured meats, and above all the ‘Nduja of Spilinga which thanks to its distant roots it maintains over time the authenticity of our tradition.
