Biscotti Bizantini is a company founded in 2021 that produces and markets a unique biscuit recipe, inspired by a family tradition born in Ravenna in the 1970s. The peculiarity of these biscuits is their square, irregular shape and their thinness, which recalls the tiles of the Byzantine mosaics of Ravenna, from which their name derives: thesweet tiles of Ravenna. Today the company offers six different variants, divided into three sweet flavors (the Sweet Tessere) and three savory ones (the Salty Tessere). Each recipe is made with genuine, vegan ingredients from organic raw materials. The authentic flavor of tradition combines with the modernity of simple and tasty products, ideal for various occasions: in the sweet version they are suitable as refined desserts, to pair with sweet wines, cheeses with jams, eggnog creams, ice creams, coffee or spirits, while in the savory version they perfectly accompany aperitifs with wines, cocktails, gardeners and cold cuts platters. &nbsp;
