DIM SUM GO
DIMSUM GO s.r.l. was born from the dream of one of the partners, Simona Zhang, to introduce on the national market the sale of a product belonging to the Chinese cultural tradition: ""Dim Sum""
The Zhang family enjoys a historical tradition in the field of catering, which intersects with the desire for ever new and refined flavors that have always characterized the Milanese culinary style, having opened the first Chinese restaurant in Milan way back in 1962.
DIMSUM GO stands out for:
- Search for quality raw materials, without giving up traditional flavours
- Skilled transformation of the raw materials, manual creation of the finished product and cooking in baskets bamboo
- Direct relationship with the customer and attention to the environment
From 2020 to today, 15 «DIMSUM GO» brand kiosks have been created with the support of the Finiper Group and around 60 people collaborate in the company.
Our goal is to make our product known to as many people as possible, in Italy, for now, but who knows in the future.. .
