How DolceMente Lab was born
DolceMente Lab was born in 2020 as a domestic food business specialized in cake design and the production of creative, unconventional and completely personalized artisanal desserts. We perfected our recipes, inventing innovative and captivating flavors, until, in 2023, we took the big step, opening a real laboratory with a small shop attached. What distinguishes DolceMente Lab is the almost entirely manual artisanal production, using the freshest and highest quality ingredients. By adding passion, precision and dedication, we guarantee beautiful, but above all good, products!
