PASTICCERIA MELOGRANO
Pasticcerie Melograno was born from the ideas of Simone Devasini, owner and pastry chef.
After his first experiences in some pastry shops and ice cream parlors, at just 23 years old, he took over a small 30 m2 laboratory, from there , the beginning of an adventure which, over the years, has seen him expand more and more in the Bergamo area.
Today the pastry shop Melograno is a reality that has four sales points where, thanks to the large windows overlooking the laboratory, it is possible to appreciate the pastry chefs at work and a central laboratory of 1,000 m2, in which the ideas put into practice in the shops are born and developed located in the Bergamo area. The offer is complete and ranges from sweet to savory pastries, from chocolate to ice cream and large leavened products. “We have maintained the same format in all stores. We open early in the morning and focus heavily on breakfasts with our croissants. We then make a proposal for lunch which includes our chef's menu or alternatively sandwiches, focaccias and salads. Everything strictly fresh and made by us. During the afternoon, ice cream cups and then continue with aperitifs. Finally, in addition to the mini pastries, the anniversary cakes. Maximum attention to leavened products and then, in each shop, a section dedicated to pralines. All products are artisanal and are produced with passion and with important, meticulous, almost obsessive research into raw materials, since they are what is at the basis of everything.
