AZIENDA AGRICOLA BIOBOTTICELLO
Our company has been producing milk for the production of Parmigiano Reggiano in the municipality of Montechiarugolo (PARMA) for more than 90 years. We cultivate two hundred hectares of land exclusively with stable meadows and alfalfa according to the organic farming regulations, without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides. With the fodder produced we feed our herd made up of cattle of historic native breeds such as Friesian, Brown and Red Spotted. All this is the starting point for high quality milk. Every day, thanks to the milk of our cows and the skill of our cheesemaker Massimo, we produce approximately 7 wheels of organic Parmigiano Reggiano.
Our Parmigiano Reggiano is certified organic and ""antibiotic free"" since 2016.
