Thirty years ago the Bosio family took over a historic bakery in Corso Langhe, officially giving life to ""Il Forno di Bosio"". In a short time, ""Il Forno di Bosio"" entered the hearts of the people of Alba for the quality of the products offered and the kindness and professionalism of the staff. In 2015, it moved to the Moretta area, a new location created to offer its customers, in addition to delicious baked goods, artisanal bread and pastries, also multiple café and delicatessen services. The headquarters in Corso Cortemilia, 17 are joined by those in Piazza Garibaldi 4 and Piazza Trento e Trieste 3, also with the same characteristics. Not just pastry shops and bakeries, but all the rooms are tastefully furnished, welcoming and with a family atmosphere, offering pleasant moments ranging from morning breakfast, to brunch, to aperitif or tea. Places where you can pleasantly spend time relaxing or chatting, enjoying excellent food and artisan pastry and bakery products. ""Il Forno di Bosio"" is part of the ""Pan ed Langa"" association which brings together the bakers of Alba and the Langhe who make bread following ancient traditions.
