We are a mountain dairy specialized in the production of Piedmontese DOP cheeses. In particular we are known for the production of Castelmagno DOP, which has won several awards and is available in the mountain and mountain pasture versions. We also boast a range of products under our own brand, which is increasing every year. Our company objective is to grow and innovate, without ever losing the link with tradition, but above all trying to offer our customers a quality service.

The key to our success is complete control of supply chain: from the breeding of animals (cattle) on our own farms, to dairy production, up to the refining of the products in our caves, optimized in terms of humidity and temperature.
