We are in Monteforte Cilento, in the heart of the Cilento National Park. Cilento.

We love taking old traditional recipes, working with local ingredients,

and making them evolve with the help of the beauty of pastry making modern.

Over the years we have developed a strong passion for Natural Leavening,

to which we dedicate ourselves all year round and especially  way during the holidays with Panettoni and Colombe.
