The ""Giannallena"" farm is located under the inhabited area of ??Bovalino Superiore RC, extends over an area of ??10 hectares of which 50% are grown to olive groves (Geracese cultivar), the remaining part in the fruity (apricot) and vineyard. Biological cultivation is practiced by respecting all the specifications reported by the Reg.C.E.E. 834/2007 certified by EcoGroup Italia. In addition to the production of extra virgin olive oil and an excellent table wine, beekeeping is practiced in the company, producing excellent orange honey, eucalyptus, acacia, chestnut and millet full of sugars, proteins, iron, calcium, phosphorus and many vitamins . Our Occhiello flower is the production of the Bergamiamellis (honey flavored with bergamot) and the Enomiele (dessert) Being based on white grape juice fermented with honey.
