In sunny Sicily, on the slopes of the Etna volcano, the olive grove of the Sikulus farm covers an area stretched out near the town of Santa Maria di Licodia in the province of Catania at about 950 m asl. It is here that the company, for four generations, has brought a real ""oil culture"" to the field, where knowledge of the Sicilian oil tradition mix with technological innovation and environmental sustainability. With these values, Sergio Pappalardo owner of the company, technician and sommelier of the oil, he dedicates himself firsthand to the cultivation of the olive and all the phases of the transformation process, from the collection of olives to squeezing up to bottling. The Sikulus company also produces delicious desserts with extra virgin olive oil, using typical Sicilian products of the highest quality.
