The Rotella farm was born in 1940 in Tiriolo at the hands of Giuseppe Michele Rotella, as a family -run craft activity, dedicated to the cultivation and drawing of olive oil, between the late 1980s and the beginning of the years '90, the second generation Francesco Domenico and Vincenzo, alongside the current ""stone"" a mechanical oil mill. The constant development of the company imposed in the early 2000s, the construction of a second plant in an area of ??5,000 square meters, equipped with new avant -garde technologies and a wide distribution both in the large -scale distribution and in the Ho.re channel .ca.
