My name is Elham Fekrinejad from Larand. I studied craftsmanship and I was interested in the arts and crafts such as woodworking, Persian painting and Kilim. After completing the university studies, I decided to study conservation and restoration of historical and cultural assets. I usually work in conservation and conservation projects as a collaborator. Currently I teach the conservation of the carpets and texture Kilim part-time at university. In another time weave tapestries and accessories with the Kilim technique. The tapestry the tapestry is a special type of texture in which the plot wires are freely manipulated to form a motif or a drawing on the front of the fabric. Often the plot wires are of different colors and the weaver can use the thread of different colors in a flexible way almost as much as a painter uses the pigment on a canvas. The tapestry is the art that is used to decorate the walls. Today the tapestry is woven with different weaving techniques of fabric, weaving of rugs and texture of macramé. Although the macramé weaving technique is used today in the weaving of tapestries, I feared tapestries with the methods of texture of the Kilim. In the Arazzo, I consider scenes of nature and I try to weave the scenes in a realistic way. I do not just use materials and wires and use various materials. In addition to the weaving of tapestries, my other products are necklaces, earrings and bracelets, fabrics with the Kilim technique. In accessories, geometric motifs taken from traditional Iranian arts and in particular motifs of rugs are used and are made with cotton and wool threads and synthetic fibers are not used.
