in 1972 Salvatore Cerniglia founded the confectionery laboratory following the refined pastry tradition linked to the municipality of Piana degli Albanesi, renowned for the production of cakes based on ricotta cream, in particular cannoli. In San Giuseppe Jato in via Porta Palermo, 173, there are the modern laboratory and pastry, equipped with a very rich variety of Sicilian and international sweets. To respond to the growing request for our creations from pastry shops and restaurants throughout Italy and abroad, in 2003 Ce.Spa.Vi.ca. The company is led by the second generation Cerniglia, Calogero the son of Turi. After obtaining the hotel diploma with full marks and having acquired numerous experiences in Italy and London in food and beverage, Calogero returned to its roots to inherit the family tradition and make it known all over the world.
