The idea was born from the encounter between Michele, Micaela and Stefano """" who have already been working together for years """" with Riccardo, master beer established and who, among the various projects, is the founder of the Brewberry brand, with which he produces beer and yes occupies advice in the beer field. It was January 2021 when Michele, Riccardo and Micaela chatted for the first time of the possibility of creating a brewery ""¦ but the hypothesized location was completely unsuitable and therefore the idea was set aside for some time. It was enough a year and a half to convince the Our heroes that the project could really be made! At this point, Stefano also enters the team, already colleague of Michele and Micaela, and few, very few, months appears to be the perfect place: a former industrial warehouse, two to tell the truth, In Novegro where they once produced and tested racing motorboats. Chosen the place, thanks to the deep experience of Michele, Micaela and Stefano, as part of urban regeneration, immediately, the ""exploding"" project and the idea is added of a large tap room with a strong link with the music scene.
