Our history of truffle was born approximately 30 years ago from the research to the marketing of the precious fresh truffle, to the processing in craft workshops following a controlled supply chain with modern processing techniques in step with the current laws on the subject. We bring our truffle to the tables throughout Italy through fairs, markets, organized distribution and organized distribution.
