Distilleria Felsenriss

hello! My name is Markus. With great pleasure I present to you my South Tyrolean artisan distillery, recently founded. For many years my parents have been managing a small peasant distillery, where since I was a child I could follow this art of distillate and develop over time a strong sense for good things. He is very close soon that this was my passion and that I wanted to follow in my father's footsteps and become a distiller. Thus, in 2014, after completing the high school, he will transfer me to Dortmund, Germany, to achieve the professional training of distiller, where I ranked as the best of my year with 97/100 points overall. After some internships, in 2017, I began the studies of technologies of drinks at the University of Geisenheim, Germany, where in 2020 I graduated as best than my year. In 2021, at the age of 26, I made my dream come true and founded my distillery, Felsenriss Distillery, in Lana - South Tyrol.
