1985 is the year of birth of Molino Merano and yet our roots have in a more remote past. Because © The Von Berg family proudly looks at its 600 years of Molitori tradition in Ansbach, Bavaria. Today, as in the past, we testify to our particular passion for wheat and its traditional processing, which we wisely combine with the principles of a production that looks to the future: we carefully select wheat, we constantly invest in cutting -edge equipment, we check the entire production process and we constantly focus on the needs of our customers. Among these, we have always counted professionals in the bakery sector and final consumers in Italy and abroad. We would like to enrich and further develop our range of products with innovative and exquisite mixtures, especially with our mother yeast.
