Nebrodinero
Circular and avant -garde production of breeding and Nebrodyro production plant we are proponents of the authentic taste, of the pristine goodness, of the precity of meat and its derivatives. On these principles, Nebrodinero shares its production activity by choosing forms of breeding that respect the native breed, that of the black pig of the Nebrodi. On the forest mountains of northern Sicily the pigs are free to feed naturally: berries, acorns, chestnuts, tubers, which make them grow in health and enrich their meat with a genuine flavor. In the factory, each machine used for the production of craft cured meats is carefully selected to compete in the extent of that flavor. Latest generation tools interconnected with each other, which allow complete control of the production chain at each stage. The Nebrinero craft cured meats are prepared with only meat and lard of black piglets of the Nebrodi, collected in natural gut with Trapani salts, black pepper in grains, local dried fruit and native spices such as wild fennel or red pepper.
