AZIENDA AGRICOLA VILLA PEDESTONE

The Villa Pedestone farm is located in the land located in Giovinazzo (Bari), land of oil and produces extra virgin olive oil for three generations. Quality centuries -old plants with Coraline and Ogliarola cultivar are present. Characteristic of the Coratina cultivar is the production of an intense fruity oil with herbaceous hints that makes it on the spicy and bitter palate. Characteristic of the Ogliarola cultivar is the production of a light fruity oil with hints of almond that makes it on the palate more delicate. The wise blend obtained from the mixture of the two qualities: Coratina and Ogliarola give organoleptic qualities and sensory harmony to extra virgin olive oil. With our oil they are handcrafted to make taralli of various types and packs of jars in oil and paté in oil.
