are Francesco Giuseppe Bruno, and together with the members I represent the two consortiums for the protection of the red eggplant of Rotonda DOP and the white beans of Rotonda DOP. Our goal is to safeguard the immense work carried out over the years by the farmers of the Mercure Valley, the custodians of an invaluable heritage of agri -food production traditions. Thanks to the activity of the consortia we were able to consolidate and above all certify the image of two unique products, such as aubergine and beans, expression of the culinary culture of a whole territory.
