This story was born from the almost random encounter between 3 young Apulian professional excellence, united by the irrepressible desire to cry out to the world the proud belonging to their land, Puglia. What pushes a successful dentist (Naomy), an esteemed entrepreneur with years of experience in food (maximum) and an established lawyer (Saverio) to undertake this extraordinary adventure? One thing: to restore value and glory to our land that gives us wheat, wine and oil in abundance, with the solemn commitment to: restore joy, happiness and dignity to this wonderful land, through the quality of the product and the dignity of all women and men involved in the project. For years, the agricultural market intended to intensively exploit the potential of the land, with the obsessive ideal of speculative profit, which has fallen on the lack of rights to workers and on a poor quality of the products offered. Tarallo Mascalzone was born to provide a joyful and sustainable alternative, with a 0 km product, to which people happy to do this for themselves and for others work. For this reason, the production method is based on quality raw materials acquired by local producers, all linked by a relationship of esteem and friendship, a small large push, which will spread ethical, sustainable work and happiness work practices. With these premises and the desire to create a product that would be amazed at the tasting for the intensity of the flavors, a memory of tradition and an eye careful to innovation, the collaboration with a great chef, proudly Canosino by birth, Nicola Lenoci, was born. And so after months of rehearsals we came to define the Taralli of the Mascalzone line, 5 simple tastes that make up our author collection but which I will be enriched seasonally with the new chef's new proposals and recipes. We decided to number them and study a packaging that enhanced Tarallo, making the consumer understand that behind a simple product there is the work of many people and that our Tarallo is a typical product but also a snack to be appreciated throughout the world. The ns brand, despite having just born, has a company behind him with 10 years of activity in the sector of baking products with an established brand both locally and nationally ""Forneia del Borgo"". What distinguishes our two brands? - The recipe - The production process: artisanal for the Mascalzone, automated for Fornia del Borgo - The products offered - what are the packaging of our brands unit? - the quality of the selected raw materials - attention and care in production - The service offered to our customers - the organizational flexibility - from the dynamism of the group - the company mission for this we set enthusiastically on the market of baked goods as interlocutors , serious, precise and reliable with a careful eye to the needs of customers and a constant research of innovation.
