Cala beer is the craft beer that contains the soul of Calabria, with all the charm of its contrasts, and tells it through colors and aromas that awaken the senses and the strongest emotions. It is the tribute of a father and his children to a wonderful land that arises from the realization of a shared dream: to produce the first real Calabrian craft beer. Our name ""falls"" to Calabria and beyond ... ... of the sandy coves distributed throughout the Calabrian coast: the ideal place to sip our beer, with the feet immersed in crystal clear water. But it also refers to the common use of the term ""drop"": ""a beer"" is an invitation to enjoy a drinker and tasty beer to the point that already in the first sip makes you want to drop another, another and again another one. Cala is also a reference to the oldest ritual in the world, in the sun that falls to the sea on the horizon and that, in its infinite repeat, gives life to a show of varied colors and always new and unique amber shades. A moment of reflection and ecstasy, which awakens the deepest part of ourselves, but also an opportunity to meet and celebrate in company. This is what you live in, when you define a drop. In our logo we enclosed the symbol of our land: three crosses that make up the official coat of arms of our region, spokesperson for all the meanings that our beer transmits. On the left, the Byzantine cross represents the union between multiple cultures, the flourishing meeting between multiple peoples that has given shape to the history of our region. In the center, the cross of S. Andrea which composes the oval of the coat of arms, symbolizes the strong link with its origins. On the right, the enhanced cross, recalls and honors the valiant Calabrian crusaders, once known for their decisive and passionate character. ""Croce and delight"" is the payoff that we have chosen to tell us, an oxymoron that perfectly describes the true essence of beer drops: that mixture of contrasting sensations that envelop you when you savor it for the first time. A sinful pleasure that tries and overwhelms the body and soul, combined with sublime well -being that you can no longer do without. Like an intense and refined transgression, which makes life an overwhelming enjoyment. A Brassicola story that has its young roots in the Cedri Riviera (CS): land of the DOP cedar of Santa Maria del Cedro. A local excellence recognized worldwide, as well as a symbol of the high productive quality of the land that we want to celebrate. We use water from the area on the slopes of the Pollino and manage all the production and distribution of our beers at a territorial level. Passion, delirium, euphoria, jubilation, first cooked: each beer gives those who savor it a pure emotion to the last drop, like the water of our land that nourishes its essence. Passion is our 4.8% lager with a golden color and the compact and fine foam. On the nose, the herbaceous perfumes are in pleasant contrast with the enveloping fragrance of bread crust and the sweet notes of honey. And in the mouth, despite the rich presence of malt, it is fresh and drinks. Passion is the feeling of irrepressible desire that moves us. It is the beer of always opportunities. Delirium is our 7.2% red with an amber color intense with ruby ​​red veins, characterized by a decisive and round body and a persistent and compact beige beige foam. Perfectly balanced in all its components, both on the nose and on the palate it presents Malitati tones with delicious notes of caramel, tiffee and ripe fruit. Delirium is exaltation, the riot of creativity and fantasy. It is the beer that is not satisfied with being one of many. Euphoria is our IPA with amber color and the decisive body, which combines the flavors of a precious Pale Ale malt with the intense aroma of American hops, expertly mixed by our master brewers in the cooked and maturation phase. With its fishing notes, grapefruit and tropical fruits, it is an explosion of taste and perfumes that sends the senses in ecstasy. Euphoria pulls out your best side. It is the full taste beer that empties thoughts and fills the soul. Giubilo is the twin sister of our lager, with one but important difference: it is totally gluten without. It is the pleasure of enjoying the unique flavor of beer, without any renunciation. The first crush is our first beer. A limited edition with amber color and fine and persistent foam, characterized by a dry taste with citrus and fresh notes donated by the generous hopping, which derives from a selection of the best American hops, with notes of caramel and malt in the background. The body is slender with a low alcoholic gradation: it is the beer of the summer, which we have renamed ""Sunshine Ale"" for its amber shades that recall the lively sun of Calabria.
