Thanks to the qualities of the raw material, in rigorous sanitary checks, to increasingly avant -garde machinery and qualified personnel, San Pietro srl is known for its seriousness and guarantee not only in Italy, but also abroad. The company has an self -control plan (HACCP DL 852/2004) and therefore our customers acquire more and more confidence in time because in addition to keeping the Calabrian pride high San Pietro Srl offers a wide choice of pigs that are Able to meet the needs and taste of all types of customers, providing appetizing and genuine Calabrian dishes even for the most difficult palates. For these reasons, the products of San Pietro collect the most demanding gourmets and can be considered one of the most important expressions of the Calabrian artisan tradition. The company with its artisan cutting of sausages and other preserved pork on meat products works its products with great involvement and enthusiasm. The structure enjoys brand new generation machines and instruments which are accompanied by processing systems made irreplaceable by long and tested experience. The number of employees is 16 people divided into 3 departments. After welcoming the meat of certified Italian quality, the processing department is concerned with treating them with the care that reserves for a product intended for a consumer whose characteristics immediately appear clear and guaranteed. Just thinking about the consumer, the processing takes place with the use of aromatic herbs such as fennel, chilli pepper, which refer to the perfumes never forgotten. The process of the production and packaging of each individual our product is the typical one of each company in step with the times. We also present in large retailers and we choose our customers following parameters of absolute reliability.
