My activity was born from the continuation of my parents' activity who in 1990 undertaken the pastry activity. After a long training carried out at other craftsmen I decided to detect the activity of my parents. Over time I have tried to learn and improve, always keeping myself in tradition, the typical desserts of my area. I had a considerable feedback in the sales of these desserts. What contradicts my production is the high quality of the raw materials used and the total lack in my preparations of additives and preservatives.
