The brewery was born from the passion and ""agricultural spirit"" of Giovanna Merloni, in love with its territory, the Marche region. The Ibeer agricultural brewery of Fabriano began its activity in 2015, with the production of unplugated raw agricultural beers. The beer is produced inside the production site of Collegiglioni, a few km from the city, where, annexed to the brewery, there is also a territory attached to the brewery, there is also a land dedicated to the cultivation of raw materials. The farm extends for 6 hectares, with land entirely converted to the production of the marker of the steffy varieties, except for a small plot that for alternate years has been dedicated to the cultivation of sativa hemp.
