The Menaica laboratory was born from an idea by Marianna Coppola who begins to work the auctions of Menaica and to promote them starting from the historic center of Pisciotta. Following the ancient Pisciottane traditions through the teachings of the grandmother Maria Fedullo and with the precious help of Mamma Gerardina Veneroso, her idea begins to be successful. Gradually her initiative expands and the whole family joins her, every woman of the house is an engine to make her contribution. Thus we decide to expand to taste all the typical dishes of our territory prepared as at home by the mother. Thus was born the Da Gerardina restaurant in the square of Pisciotta where Marianna, Giulia and Raffaele actively participate by choosing only the best products and selecting the companies strictly Cilento and offering guests our specialties. But we could not get too far from our sea and thus opens the typical Cilentana typical on the seafront of Marina di Pisciotta, a small shop where Debora and Alessandra offer a wide choice of typical products also with ready -made dishes always among the specialties of Gerardina.
