The Kasanna project places itself as a objective the marketing of semi -finished dairy products, sought between excellence bells, Lucanian and national. They are in continuous research and experimentation of typicality and quality, committing myself to support rural activities, capable of offering authenticity, safety and hygiene of food, but always in a small, human dimension, linked to the peasant traditions of our country. To these small structures I ask for a prestigious semi -finished products, agreeing with small producers the type of product I need to continue with the right seasoning, which will give character to the cheese and choosing the right aging technique for each type of product. The meticulous selection of raw materials, the careful collaboration with small dairy producers, the research and experimentation of the various aging techniques, are the elements that make my gastronomic products, unique and valuable typicality of our territory.
