The farm from our company has its roots in the land of the Belicino hinterland that welcome the crop belonging to the monocultivar variety ""Nocellara del Belice"" and for some years the plants of pomegrano trees of pomegranate Istraelian variety ""Wonderfull"". This type of culture La Nocellara del Belice is renowned all over the world for its dual attitude: canteen olives and oil olives. As young minds, in love with the specialties of the products that our lands give us in the face of accurate and precious treatments, we have determined in engulfing the hard work in the fields within an imposing and innovative project that can become the flagship of the Castelvetranese economy. Our poderi are located in the heart of the Belìce valley and extend for various hectares entirely cultivated with olive trees (Nocellara del Belice Melograni. We produce according to a now secular tradition handed down from father to son, always committing ourselves to improving the qualities of our products that, For their peculiarities, they are not intended for large retailers, but reserved for a niche market capable of recognizing and appreciating their extraordinary qualities. The choice to dedicate ourselves to biological crops was determined by the awareness that the protection of our health and any other being living, cannot ignore the protection of the environment that surrounds us. A healthy nutrition therefore passes through the knowledge and enhancement of foods that have not suffered technological transformations and that are produced in compliance with their life cycle and their indigenous characteristics, in compliance with the territorial identity, but sen za neglect the local economy, with the aim of creating a network of relationships between producers and consumers united by the desire to rediscover the ideological - cultural value of a genuine agriculture, even before the more strictly environmental one. What we produce here is a brief synthesis of what we produce: our olives in October begins the collection of the olives ""Nocellara del Belice"", performed strictly by hand.
