Mazapègul Birrificio di Romagna

The Birrificio Mazapegul was born from the passion for beer and for its land, of the three founding members in particular for craft beer, and started its business in June 2014. The company rises to Civitella di Romagna in a structure of about 1200 square meters and is equipped with a cooking room and its fermentation cellar, with an annual production capacity of 900 hectoliters, which can be increased up to double. Both bottles and drums are produced. Each phase of the activity is carried out within the company, from the choice of raw materials, to production, from packaging, to distribution. We are looking for the highest quality at every stage of the production process. For this reason, we choose the best raw materials, from the water of our valley to historic German malts, passing through European, American and oceanic hops and leave our beers all the time necessary so that they can mature and refine in an optimal way to release aromas e Unmistakable flavors. Our productions are inspired by Anglo -Saxon Ale, but with all the passion of Romagna inside, which can be found in the names of the different labels. Recently, some of our beers have received important awards in the ""Beer of the year"" brewer's competition promoted by Unionbirrai within the Beer Attraction event in Rimini. Last in order of time, the first place of Curva Sea in the ""Session IPA"" category. Also within the Slow Food guide of the artisan beers of Italy 2023, the brewery has obtained important awards, resulting in the best Romagna brewery, with special mentions to our productions. Adjacent to the brewery there is the Brewpub restaurant pizzeria, where you can taste our beers accompanied to excellent dishes that enhance local products.
