The Fernandez farm was born with the aim of offering the best of Liguria products to the rediscovery of the ancient traditions and customs of this territory. We select and work only raw materials of our production, which we transform into jams and jams, respecting particular times and methods that allow us to maintain the colors and perfumes of the fruit and vegetables without using preservatives and admissions. We rediscover typical fruits of our area such as the orange pernambucco and the chinotto, we dare with unusual and refined combinations to delight the palate of our customers.
