POSTWAVE BREWING

The Postwave Project is from the encounter of two millenary cultures that ""Postwave Brewing"" is born. In 2020, the passion for the ""Craft"" allowed Italian and Chinese members to join to share their traditions, both very rich in craft excellence. Postwave Brewing is the result of this collaboration: an Italo-Cinese brewery based in Xitang (¥ ¿ASCRAG), one of the most beautiful and best preserved Water-Town of the Zhejiang, about 40 kilometers away from Megalopoli Shanghai. The common goal is not the only production of craft beer, but the creation of culture and interculture around it. The beer is the result of the design of Italian Mastri Birrai who together with selected Chinese brewers have managed to create products that respect the highest production standards and qualitatives of European level. The Chinese market - and in general Asian - is still unexplored quite unexplored in the field of craft beer; This concept is often unknown and most of the time used inadequately: therefore we believe it is necessary to distinguish and clarify its characteristic aspects through our products. Our beers have been studied by directing the design towards essentiality, highlighting their raw materials and the clear relationship with the style that distinguishes them. We have produced Viva beer since the beginning of 2020, without pasteurization nà © microfiltration - under rigorous qualitative checks through our internal laboratory. We produce American and European beers and gradually we are developing new recipes in which local products, linked to the territory, are increasingly the protagonists. The design of our labels was developed by a young contemporary artist among the most popular worldwide: Zhao Zhao (èµèµèµµ). They tell and show a small page of the immense Chinese history, the ""Jianzhan"". Our products want to remember and preserve both inside and outside the importance and the values ??of making craft.
