Our company was born in the second half of the 1970s, when our family begins the cultivation of the vine collaborating with other great brands. In 1995, driven by the desire to want to carry forward the values ??of our family and our territory, we decide to give life to our production, made of passion and meticulous attention from the vineyard to the cellar. This is the well-known company, a family business that loves its lands and its vineyards interpreting them in its wines. From the knotted olive trunk, symbol of the woven pact at the dawn of the times between man and nature, the Nocellara del Belice and the Biancolilla grows, the olives of the Sicilian tradition. Respect for the territory and the plant, the result of that ancient agreement, allow the known family, through an accurate selection of olives and the extraction of the oil made at low temperatures, to create a product that respects the highest quality standards and organoleptics.
