We cultivate this land since 1860. Our great-grandfather Domenico planted the olive trees. Many seasons have passed since then. The earth is clear, limestone, rich in calcium carbonate. The hill is 400 meters high, sunny, ventilated. The bunches grow healthy, mature in the sun and refreshes the night. The patients olive trees allow themselves to be caressed by the wind. Here, we do this, we support nature.
